Who are you?

good question, still figuring that out too :D but I started digital drawing during the pandemic and i guess it's now my life.

here's what I'm mainly up to...

- editing, filming, and posting YouTube videos every Saturday! 

- drawing using my original brush sets like Dreamy Sketch and Glossy Jelly! (a lot of copycat products on Etsy </3 and the fact that many are AI generated as well??) 

- brainstorming, designing, and making new products. I've tried my hand at digital items, tote bags, prints, keychains, handsewn scrunchies, coin purses, phone cases, t-shirts, and more. 

• i have soo many things planned so please stick around :) i'm always active on basically every platform, which you can click in the little icons at the bottom of the site! 

How long does shipping take?

Digital Items: Receive right after checkout! (no refunds as a result)

Merch: Depending on the product, items will be processed and packaged within 7-10 business days. Shipping depends on location and whether priority shipping was selected at checkout. Shipping can take between 10-30 business days for international orders (especially during holiday season)

Merch such as hoodies, mugs, desk mats, etc. are fulfilled by a third party company and not packaged/shipped by me.

Small Postcard Prints: Orders will be packaged and sent out within the week of ordering. Canada Post letter mail usually takes 4-10 business days for Canada and the US, and 1-2 weeks internationally.

*Please note there may be delays due to international shipping. And please keep in mind that there are some countries I cannot ship to. If customs and duties apply, please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery.

Where do you ship to?

For UK orders on small postcard prints, please refer to my Etsy (handles VAT)! Aside from that...almost everywhere!

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Unless an item you received in incorrect, ALL purchases (digital items included) are FINAL SALE. So please read product description and sizings very carefully before purchasing (if a sizing chart is unavailable in description, please feel free to contact me!).
