Digital Products Refund & Chargeback Policy
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital sales are final once checkout has been completed and the product has been successfully delivered to the email address provided at purchase.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment processing.
- Access to downloadable content constitutes fulfillment of the order.
- Refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be provided once the product has been delivered or accessed.
Duplicate Orders
If a customer believes they accidentally placed a duplicate order, they must contact us directly as soon as possible before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider. Duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the merchant’s sole discretion.
Failure to contact us may result in delayed resolution, denial of future support, or submission of fulfillment evidence to the payment provider.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Entering the correct email address at checkout
- Reviewing their cart carefully before completing purchase
- Contacting us directly regarding any billing concerns, accidental purchases, or technical issues before initiating disputes with their financial institution
